Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flourra. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled after an order is placed through flourra.com, and what options may be available when an order can no longer be cancelled.
Order Cancellation Eligibility
If your order has not yet entered processing, packing, warehouse release, or shipment, you may usually request an order cancellation. For best results, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If your cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Once the cancellation is completed, the refund will usually be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flourra.com and include your order number and cancellation reason.
When an Order Cannot Be Cancelled
In some cases, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation, including but not limited to:
- The order has entered processing, packing, or warehouse release.
- The order has already been handed over to the carrier.
- Tracking information has already been generated.
- The order is already in transit.
- The order has already been delivered.
- The order requires special handling or separate shipment arrangements.
- The order can no longer be intercepted due to warehouse operations, system processing, or carrier handoff.
Once an order reaches any of these stages, we usually cannot guarantee that cancellation will be successful.
Cancellation After Shipment
After an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the actual order status.
If the package has not yet left the warehouse or can still be successfully intercepted, we may try to assist with the cancellation. However, if the package has already been transferred to the carrier, is in transit, or has been delivered, cancellation usually cannot be completed.
If a post-shipment cancellation is accepted, shipping costs, carrier fees, handling fees, or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable, unless otherwise required by law.
Available Options If Cancellation Is Not Possible
If your order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please note that all return or exchange requests must meet the applicable policy requirements. You must contact us and receive approval before sending any item back.
If the item has been delivered and qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
If the issue involves an incorrect shipping address, wrong item option, or incorrect quantity, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order can still be modified, we will do our best to assist. If the order can no longer be changed or cancelled, we will let you know whether package interception, reshipment, return, or another suitable solution may be available.
Any related costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise required by law.
