Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can select the products you need, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and complete payment. After your order is submitted, you will usually receive an order confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to request a modification or cancellation. Once the order enters the shipping process or has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel, or it may need to be handled according to our refund and return policies.
What should I do if I did not receive an order confirmation email?
Please first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the name, email address, or payment information used when placing the order, and we will do our best to help locate it.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently mainly ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected European countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service, package size, product type, and local delivery conditions.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is completed. Holidays, promotional periods, inventory checks, address confirmation, or other order-related situations may cause processing delays.
How long does delivery usually take?
Estimated delivery time varies by destination. In general, orders to the United States may take about 3–7 business days, Canada and selected European countries may take about 5–12 business days, and Australia may take about 6–12 business days. Actual delivery time may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, and local carrier operations.
How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, we usually send tracking information by email. You can also check the latest shipping status on our order tracking page. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
Will my order be shipped separately?
It is possible. Due to inventory, warehouse arrangements, package size, weight limits, or carrier requirements, items in the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

What products do you mainly sell?
We mainly sell baking tools and related supplies for home kitchens, with a focus on practical everyday tools that are commonly used, easy to clean, and convenient to store.
Are your products suitable for baking beginners?
Yes. Our website is designed to help home users and baking beginners choose practical tools more easily, reducing common issues such as uneven baking, sticking, inaccurate measuring, difficult cleaning, and messy storage.
Will the product color, size, or material be exactly the same as the pictures?
We do our best to display product information accurately. However, due to photography lighting, display devices, production batches, measurement methods, and material characteristics, the actual item may have slight differences in color, size, texture, or surface details. These minor differences are usually not considered quality issues.
Should baking tools be washed before first use?
We recommend cleaning products according to the product instructions before first use, and cleaning and drying them promptly after use. Some products may come into contact with food, so keeping them clean and dry helps reduce odor, stains, oil marks, and food residue.
Are all products dishwasher-safe, oven-safe, or microwave-safe?
Not always. Different products may have different materials, structures, coatings, and heat resistance levels. Please follow the usage guidance on the product page, packaging, or instruction manual. If a use is not clearly stated, please do not assume the item is suitable for it.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. You may contact us within 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Returned items usually need to be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and included items where reasonably possible.
When might a return or exchange not be accepted?
If the item has been used, washed, contacted food, developed oil stains, batter residue, odor, scratches, damage, deformation, or is missing accessories, packaging, or set components, it may not be eligible for return or exchange. The final decision will be based on our Return & Exchange Policy review.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item?
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, product photos or videos, outer packaging photos, shipping label photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer an exchange, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After a refund is approved, it is usually processed within 5 to 10 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
